A little bit about…

Heart & Hara: Our mission is to provide services and supports that allow our clients to remain as independent as possible in their homes or residences while creating a quality of life for our clients and their families which cannot be achieved on their own.

Heart & Hara was established in 2021.  We provide services throughout the state of Minnesota. It is a family mentored business, getting mentorship from a company with sixteen years home healthcare experience.

Home & Community Based support services company (HCBS).  We have the ability to provide services to individuals in their home and their community. We provide services to disabled people and adults 65 years and older.

The goal at Heart & Hara Home Care is to help our clients keep their independence, and maintain their health while remaining in their homes.

So you may ask yourself, what is homecare?

Home care includes any professional support services that allow a person to live safely in their home. In-home care services can help someone who is aging and needs assistance to live independently; is managing chronic health issues; is recovering from a medical setback; or has special needs or a disability. Professional caregivers such as nurses, aides, and therapists provide short-term or long-term care in the home, depending on a person’s needs. At Heart and Hara we provide full spectrum 245D Services. 

Through Heart & Hara you have the option of choosing your own caregivers, including your friends and family members. That way you can be sure your care is being provided by someone you already know and trust.
